“Real cause” – that’s the decisive gain here. Well done highlighting the importance of uncovering underlying drivers beyond mere observation.

I disagree with that reply. As a IT Support Technician, I would make this conditional rather than decisive: the mechanism only carries if the surrounding constraints actually permit it.

The capital is finite, and relying solely on 78 survey responses to understand complex behaviors is a limited approach.
It describes what people do, yes, but it says nothing about the real constraints that explain why 25% wait until the last minute.
For example, regarding social benefits, it's not a lack of planning, but often a lack of information or resources to fill out the forms.
A survey does not capture these life nuances that truly explain decisions.

Drop the glossy hype and ask: does this really change the game for the average traveler or the cash flow of a company?
A survey on Google Forms, even with 78 responses, does not prove much about the real cause behind document verification.
It is only a descriptive observation, not a solid explanation of why 75% act this way, while for 25% vacation planning is done at the last minute.
For example, in Germany, checking documents is a bureaucratic necessity dictated by compliance, not just a vacation habit.
