Penser qu'une main robotique, capable de tenir une petite balle rouge, se "spécialise" simplement pour ne pas écraser une pomme délicate, ce n'est pas comme dire qu'un permis de conduire pour une voiture est suffisant pour piloter un avion?
Il y a une différence fondamentale entre une démonstration générale de force et la précision requise pour la manipulation fine.
Dans l'immobilier, c'est comme affirmer qu'un contrat de location standard pour un appartement est automatiquement parfait pour une ferme avec des besoins spécifiques en entretien et en gestion des terres.
La capacité de tenir une balle est un point de départ, mais la spécialisation pour une pomme demande une ingénierie sensorielle et des algorithmes de force bien plus complexes.
Sans ces ajustements précis, la "spécialisation" reste une simple affirmation marketing, pas une réalité fonctionnelle.
