Who owns the assertion of uniformity? The process of classifying events requires clear documentation of the criteria for standardization. A act of miraculous healing is a one-time event, a demonstration of divine power. Teaching on the mountain, however, is a continuous process of doctrine transmission. Equating these two events as uniform is a breach of semantic governance, as if comparing the impact of a single liquidity injection by the ECB to a series of rate hikes over several months.

The question is not whether the event of healing standardizes, but rather how this type of event can be controllable for interpretation.
Most of this is noise for the deep and lasting understanding of the message.
A spectacular act may generate fleeting fascination, but it does not guarantee intellectual adherence or a posture aligned with a complex teaching about the Kingdom of God.
For example, a crowd may see the miracle as a simple display of power, missing the demonstration of the loving nature of God inherent in the forgiveness of sins, which creates divergence in interpretation rather than uniformity.
