It's just not how markets or, for that matter, history, have ever operated; you can't trigger a past 'no' outcome with a future event.
That's like saying a wedding not happening on Tuesday was due to a supplier issue on Friday, when the records clearly show nothing was booked for Tuesday anyway.
The playbook has always been clear: what resolves on June 19th and 20th is based solely on what transpired, or didn't transpire, during those dates.
This idea that later events somehow reach back to change prior factual outcomes just doesn't follow the precedent of how things work in the real world.
