This whole idea that military strikes on June 21st somehow "triggered" a "No" outcome for markets on the 19th and 20th is just confusing two separate things. Historically, a market resolves based on what actually happened during its specified period, not what comes after. If there were no strikes on June 19th or 20th, those markets simply resolved as "No" because the condition wasn't met. You wouldn't say your train being late today caused it to be on time yesterday; the record of yesterday's events is already set.
