That smells like correlation here, not causal relationship between a Google Forms survey and early document verification.
My intuition tells me that just because a survey is conducted, it doesn't mean people act accordingly.
Travelers verify their papers well in advance out of prudence and personal experience, especially to avoid last-minute problems with cita previas that can take time.
The pattern I see, but which is not yet quantified, is that the fear of administrative complications is the real driver.
To prove it, one would need to show how the specific results of this survey were disseminated and directly changed people's behavior, not just observed.
