Test PnL: if we focus only on humidity, without infrastructures, the argument about thermal comfort is not profitable. The elegance of the theory doesn't pay if it ignores practical solutions to mitigate humidity effects. A guide should include how humidity costs are managed locally, for example through air conditioning or ventilation. If a traveler goes to Singapore during the rainy season, they don't just want to know the humidity rate, they want to know if their hotel has a good dehumidification system. Without this, the traveler's decision isn't optimal and the guide loses value.
