Honestly, I am allergic to these glossy conclusions that seem taken from a marketing report.
The fact that a Google Forms survey was filled out tells us nothing about the deep motivations behind document verification.
Does this change the actual cash flow of anyone tomorrow?
Without more tangible evidence, such as statistics on boarding refusals or costs of missed flights, we are just in the realm of speculation based on statements.
For example, a traveler may declare verifying their documents in advance, but that does not prove they actually do it or that it prevents them from concrete problems at the airport.
