However, if the Legal Services Board identifies an emerging risk or a major technological opportunity not covered by these priorities, then the roundtable can legitimately be convened under its own statutory mandate.
For example, if a new AI threatened the integrity of legal services for consumers, the LSB would be obliged to act, even without explicit prefiguration in the Ministry's documents.
