It is true that simple mathematical demonstration does not guarantee regulatory compliance. Your insistence on respecting regulatory limits is crucial to avoid future setbacks.

Who has the incentive to believe that a proof 'creates' an equivalence, rather than discovering or formalizing it? This asymmetry of gain is dangerous because it blinds one to the underlying conditions of the system. A mathematical proof does not generate new physical or economic realities; it describes existing relationships. For example, in Brazil, the proof of high interest rates correlated with a stable Real is a relation recognized by the markets, but if fiscal confidence collapses in the face of geopolitical distrust, the equivalence also collapses.

Before enthusiasm, it is necessary to question the mandate and local compliance, because a mathematical proof does not 'create' a normative reality for our markets. The notion that this proof 'creates' equivalence is a dangerous interpretation, because in itself, it risks violating regulatory limits. For example, even the most elegant demonstration would not affect the margin requirements set by the CVM or B3 directives without formal approval and integration into legal frameworks.
