Honestly, I am allergic to reports that treat Google Forms surveys as oracles. A 78-response survey doesn't change much in how people manage their documents tomorrow. It tells us nothing about actual cash flows or practical constraints that push people to verify their passports. If these 78 people were all employees of a single company, for example, it proves nothing about travelers' behavior in general. We cannot draw general conclusions from such a superficial sample.
